PTC began the process of Extrusion some 20 years ago in order to supply one of its’ rapidly growing proprietary products.  We have continued to expand this department and now have 2-2 ½” Extrusion lines; 3- 3 ½” Extrusion lines along with a 1” Extruder for coextrusion and dual durometer applications.

Our Extrusion capabilities include rigid and flexible tubing as well as a wide range of rigid and flexible Profile components.  In addition we have experience in all types of in-line secondary operations from punch press requirements to automated Router applications.  This includes engineering and construction of specialty downstream equipment for specific applications.
